We collect the following data when you use our App:

• Name and Email Address - Provided during sign-in via Apple or Google. Used to create and identify your account.
• User ID - A unique identifier assigned to your account for authentication and functionality purposes.
• Purchase History - Records of in-app purchases (subscriptions and credit packs) to manage your credits and subscription status.
• Crash Data - Anonymous crash logs collected to improve app stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely for:

• Authenticating your account and providing app functionality
• Managing your credits and subscription status
• Processing in-app purchases via Apple's App Store
• Improving app stability and fixing crashes

3. AI Content Generation and Third-Party Data Sharing

SynthGen AI uses Replicate, a third-party AI service, to generate content (images, videos, audio, and text). When you submit a generation request:

• What data is sent: Your text prompts and any uploaded files (images, audio, video) that you provide as input to the AI model are sent to Replicate's servers for processing.
• Who receives the data: Replicate, Inc. receives and processes this data. Replicate Privacy Policy
• How the data is used: Your inputs are used solely to generate the requested AI content. We do not share your personal account information (name, email) with Replicate.
• User consent: Before your first generation, the App will ask for your explicit consent to share your input data with Replicate.

4. Other Third-Party Services

We also use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat - For managing in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID and purchase data. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In - For authentication purposes only. We receive your name and email address from these providers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely on our servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
