Welcome to SynthGen AI. By using the SynthGen AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

3. Credits and Purchases

• The App uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating AI content.
• Credits can be obtained through subscriptions, one-time purchases, or promotional offers.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

6. Generated Content

• AI-generated content is produced by third-party AI models and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content.
• We do not claim ownership of content you generate.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by SynthGen AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI models are provided by third parties and may change or become unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynthGen AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including credits, generation history, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
